Accelerometer

I haven't read anything about the accelerometer of the ipad so far. Was it mentioned somewhere or isn't it present? Not even for games?

The ipad will have an accelerometer, without one, the games which were showed would be impossible.

It has one, even the new nano has. For iPad there even was a patent pending concernign scrolling with it.

yeah it has one. It also has an Magnetometer, which basically acts as the iPad's compass.

I though only the 3G version has the magnetometer... do the wifi version have it too?

Sicne there is no difference in the API between 3G and Wifi in this point, I assume it has. The only thing missing with Wifi is 3G and GPS.
