Cydia without jailbreak

Is there a way to install Cydia without jailbreaking my iPad? Resign it or something?

There is no such thing as Cydia without jailbreak.

Kira is right, you cannot get Cydia on your phone if you not jailbreak it. Also nearly an good SW form Cydia requires jailbreak as well. It's up to you, but usalyl JB does not hurt anyone
